RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and encourage all of our customers to contact us immediately if you are not satisfied in any way.†

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Uzima will gladly honor a return or exchange. You may return unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 21 days for a full refund. See below for additional information regarding our return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days from the date your order shipped for full-price merchandise.

  • All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

  • All sale items are considered Final Sale and not returnable for refund, exchange or credit.

  • To avoid processing delays with your refund, all returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt. When no receipt is available, Uzima will gladly offer a store credit.

  • All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

  • Return shipping for Domestic customers is paid by Uzima. Return shipping for International customers must be paid at customerís expense.

  • Returns will be processed back to your original form of payment and we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete.

  • Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, please return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at†customercare@shopuzima.com†and include the brand name, style name, color and size.† We will then send you a Return Authorization and return label via email. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing. Uzima is not liable for any returns made without a Return Authorization.
